  • YoY change in mortgages standing at +25% YoY in September. The share of state subsidy program beneficiaries in total mortgages issued since 6th of July decreased by 1.2 pp compared to last week
  • Improvement observed in transaction registrations in Tbilisi at +8% YoY
  • At +17% YoY in 30-6 October period, non-cash transactions in apparel returned to the positive growth territory
  • The actual occupancy rates for September constituted 11% for other regions, 14% for seaside and 35% for Kakheti. As for Tbilisi, the occupancy amounted to 8%
  • Compared to the previous weekend, occupancy decreased for Kakheti and seaside but increased for other regional hotels standing at 62%, 44%, and 39%, respectively
  • Non-cash spending on hotels breaks the downward trend since the beginning of September while restaurants showing slight decrease compared to the previous week
  • Remittances inflow in TBC remain on the positive growth territory, standing at +18% YoY in the seven days of 24-30th  September
