  • YoY change in mortgages standing at +29% YoY in the period of 1-20 September. Of mortgages issued since 6th of July, 38.3% are beneficiaries of the state subsidy program
  • Sizeable improvement observed in transaction registrations in Tbilisi at +18% YoY
  • Number of employees receiving a salary down by 1% YoY in August
  • The week’s change in the occupancy for large hotels in September indicate growth for Kakheti (+4p.p.), Tbilisi (+1p.p.), and other regions (+1p.p.) while no change has been observed for seaside hotels
  • Compared to the previous weekend, occupancy decreased for seaside hotels but increased for Kakheti and other regions standing at 40%, 71%, and 40%, respectively
  • Non-cash spending on hotels and restaurants continuing the downward trend since the beginning of September
  • Remittances inflow in TBC remain on the positive growth territory, standing at +17% YoY in the seven days of 14-20th  September
